Having trouble with AI Fengyue?
Most AI Fengyue issues can be solved with this page: first confirm the address is correct and your network works, then check each category — account, points, models, privacy and troubleshooting. Contact us if the problem remains.
Account
- Sign-up: open the official site, click "Get started" and follow the prompts. Use a method you check regularly that can receive verification messages.
- Login fails: check your network first, then make sure your account details are correct. After repeated failures, try again later or use account recovery.
- Account security: do not lend your account to others or enter your AI Fengyue password on third-party sites.
Points
- How to earn: free trial for new users, inviting friends (100 points per successful sign-up) and more — see the platform for details.
- Usage: different models and features such as voice cost different amounts; check the platform before sending.
- Points cannot be cashed out or transferred and can only be used on the platform.
Models
- Choose fast, low-cost models for casual chat and stronger writers for long stories.
- Unhappy with the reply style? Switch models or revise the example dialogue in the character card.
- Any model can make mistakes — do not treat AI content as professional advice.
Privacy
- Works can be private and visible only to you; check for personal information before publishing.
- Never enter ID numbers, addresses, bank cards or payment passwords in chats.

Troubleshooting
- Will not open: confirm the address is fyue.app, switch networks (Wi-Fi / mobile data) and refresh.
- Slow loading or blank screen: clear the browser cache, or use the latest Chrome, Edge or Safari.
- Replies cut off: this can happen with network issues or busy models; regenerate after a moment.
- Lorebook not working: check that entries are enabled and keywords match how they are written in the chat.
