Fengyue Tavern is AI-tavern style character-card roleplay on AI Fengyue: a character card defines the persona, a lorebook adds background, and you and the AI take turns advancing the plot. It runs in the web app with no self-hosting.

AI Fengyue offers a free trial so new users can try the basics. Exact free quotas, model costs and promotions are shown on the platform; there is no promise of "unlimited free" use.

Click Create character on AI Fengyue and describe three things: her core personality and daily-life details, how she speaks (with 2–3 example lines), and your relationship and how you met. Then write a vivid opening line and put important memories in a lorebook.

The most common reason is that the keyword did not appear in recent messages. Check in order: whether the keyword was mentioned, typos or symbol differences, whether the lorebook is saved and linked to the current character, whether entries are too long, and whether the chat is so long that context is running out.

Choose by purpose: fast, low-cost models for casual chat; stronger writers for long stories; lightweight models for testing new characters. Ideally compare two or three models on the same scene. Names and costs are shown on the platform.

No. AI memory is limited by the model's context length, so early details may be forgotten in long chats. Put important settings in the character card or lorebook, and summarize long stories periodically.

You can currently earn points by inviting friends: each successful sign-up earns the inviter 100 points, and the inviter may earn a bonus after the invited user's first purchase. Other promotions are announced on the official site.

Point usage depends on the model, reply length and number of regenerations. Use a lighter model for casual chat, agree on a suitable reply length in the setup, and improve your input before regenerating.

Choose "Forgot password" on the login page and reset it using the method linked at sign-up. If you do not receive the verification message, check your spam folder or contact support.

Yes. Desktop and mobile web use the same service, so your account, character cards and chat history sync. Do not share your account with others to avoid data leaks.

Check that the domain is fyue.app; be wary of sites or packages that ask for private transfers or claim "unlimited points" or "cracked versions"; never enter your password on unfamiliar pages. The safest way in is via a bookmark or typing the official address.

It depends on your settings. Works can be private and visible only to you; they only appear on Explore when set to public. You can change this at any time.
